Basic Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried fresh herbs (rosemary, tarragon, basil...)
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, herbs and vinegar.
- Whisk in the oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
