All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce Base
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoon mirin wine or dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Scant dash of white pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Reserve until ready to add to the stir fry.
